Nah man, not hitting floors tonight, but stones are a sneaky way of hitting the ceps to the max whilst pretending to be hardcore at the same time. The effect of curls + more, without the shame 8)

Lightish session today, done everything on 'the plan' this week, so was happy just to go down and mess about;

Built the new bench - no belt, just neoprene - PB

1x107.5 - solid
2x2x102.5 - solid as well. Second set better than the first.

18" deads
3x120
1x150
fx180 - bailed. Back was saying no thanks. Listened to it this time.

Stones
2x1x80 to 56" - too soon after doing them on Friday probably so just called it a day.

some hangs from chin up bar to stretch back out a bit, and 5x90 bent over rows, but felt shady so left it there.
