1 km swim and 43km bike ride today.

14km running race, city to surf. 97minutes 02 seconds.
Placed 28288 out of 75,000. I think it's the biggest running race in the world now! Not everyone starts at the same time though.

Aim was to not get injured, due to lack of running training :)
So did ok, only got one negative comment for the Vegan Runners singlet, someone overtaking me when i was walking said i need to eat more meat. I told him it was a lack of training and not what I ate.
