Well, my log will probably be hit and miss until this next week is over. I will be sooooo glad to get the last of the stuff moved.

Friday- 7 mile easy jog- not much else to say other than that

Saturday- 1 mile lake swim. COLD  I am going to do swimming fund raiser for cancer in June in the lake. This was the second time in the last this season.

Sunday- 80 mile bike ride. Went out with a friend training for the Austria Ironman in July. She was out for a 100 mile ride, but I had to be home so went for the 80 miles. Our ride was flat as could be. Kind of hard to train for a hilly race around here.

Monday- going swimming and moving.

Probably won't be able to post until next weekend. I have to shut off the internet etc. here and deal with the last of the move.

Thanks!
I'm going to visit some friends and vacation with them. They have kids the same ages as mine which will be nice. We will also be going to Italy, Denmark, Switzerland and France.

SOOO not to post and disappear again BUT be back the end of June.....I'm not taking a computer, any work, cell phone (at least not a number anyone at work has) nothing to distract from relaxing and having fun!

Monday- 1 hr spin class-endurance  need to work on that
pm-yoga class
