Wow, can I relate! And the same thing happened to me this morning with my running group giving me the attitude adjustment I needed. I going to go check out seemyrun.com now. :)

Monday-am 55 min run-med pace run with 4 hill repeats
pm
800 swim—every 3rd 25 stroke
200 kick
4 x 25: underwater: 30 seconds rest-few breaths as possible :oops: that was difficult
4 x 50: 25 one arm drill, 25 catch up stroke
4 x 25: as few breaths as possible 30 seconds rest
4 x 50: 25 fingertip drag, 25 tap your head and reach drill
3 x 500 descending 1-3: 30 seconds rest between each one
100 easy

Tuesday-am yoga class
pm 2 hr bike ride- all flat and faster pace than normal

Wednesday-1 hr spin interval class
pm-swim
300 swim
300 kick
300 pull
4x 50: steady pace
4x 25: sprint
4x 50: steady pace
2 x 25: sprint
2 x 50: steady pace
2 x 25: sprint
4 x 50: steady pace
4 x 25: half way easy/half way fast
4 x 50: descend 1-4
Easy 100

spent some time working on flip turns

Thursday-8 mile FAST club run; 6 miles at 7:45 pace and the last two miles every man for themselves. :roll: Let's just say I wasn't first and its good I knew how to get back

Since August...I caved and decided to drive across the lake to the closest club. I usually only make the weekend runs, but I'm enjoying it.

:lol: No, not page 2!!! :lol: :lol: I spent last week moving therefore no internet at night. And crazy during the days....finals approaching.

But at least I have internet at home again.

Training is going good. No need to catch up on the past other than to say same as usual.

Monday-am 1hr easy run brr it was cold and wet
pm swim
1 x 300 swim
1 x 300 kick
4 x 100 – descend 1 > 4 w/ RI:15 sec
3 x 400 Descend 1 > 3 each 400 faster w/1 minute RI
4 x 400 PULL – long strokes
4 x 50 Descend 1 > 4 @ 1:00 (1:15) 80 – 85% effort
4 x 50 Descend 5 > 8 @ :55 (1:10) 90% effort
2 x 50 Descend 1 > 2 @ :50 (1:05) 90 – 95% effort
200 Easy

Tuesday-45 min run
1hr ride on trainer, boring but it was raining

Wednesday am -1hr spin class-endurance-tooooo cold to be outside at 5am
pm swim

300 swim
4 x 75: 25 drill/ 25 swim/ 25 drill ~~15 sec. rest
300 pull
4 x 25 underwater ~~ 30 seconds rest
(with few breaths as possible)
5 x 50 kick ~ 15 seconds rest
4 x 75 pull ~ breathing every 3rd stroke ~ :20 seconds rest
4 x 175 swim ~ quick pace/little rest ~ :15 seconds
4 x 75 pull ~ breathing every 3rd stroke ~ :20 seconds rest
8 x 25 every other one sprint ~ :30second intervals

Thursday-1hr15 min run- 3 miles easy then two 20 min. tempo with a 5 min easy jog between BRRRRRR It was cold

pm-1hr spin class--

Friday-1 hr endurance spin class

Saturday-16 mile run @ 8:50-9:15 pace

Sunday-2hr 15 min group ride-rolling hills

swam on my own-finals week and need to work in the evening
