Trainwreck log - Losing 50lbs

This log will be a daily log of workouts, nutrition and weight. I'm trying to lose 50lbs to get back to my normal weight without losing strength. So...

Thanks, I keep reading how good full body workouts are, so this is a first time for me, I personally like working one body part to death better. So i hope it lasts.

Is that three sets or three reps? Dont tell me its three sets of 235 reps :shock: .

yep sure its totaly kick ass


No 3 sets@235 i usually never get over 5 reps on most of them

yeah my fingers get tired after i workout,

i guess i could, i just do as many as i can til i can't go anymore.
