Fuel/Exercise for Wednesday May 9th
-smoothie: cherries, flax, spinach, tofu
-smoothie: mixed greens, maca, 2 bananas
-split pea soup
-full body weights
-30 min elliptical trainer
-35 min run, focusing on hills and stairs
I'm going to focus more on running hills and stairs. I have mastered one of the big hills around here, but I still have quite a bit of work to do to master the others...
I am happy to report that I weighed myself yesterday, and I'm now 139! I started out at 155 about 3 months ago, and going vegan (and mostly raw) has given me some amazing transformations! I'm estimating that my ideal weight will be about 135 (on a 5 ft 11in frame), so I'm very close!
