Soo today's squats didn't exactly go to plan. Wanted 6x2x177.5 but just managed one set, which was very tough and knew I wouldn't get any more. Could have just been a bad day.. didn't sleep very well last night. Anyway, I decided to punish my legs with leg press and it turned into a bit of a BB session.
