75 min boxing. 3x3 sparring, I was a little bit better then him so it was a good confidence booster :)

boxing about 75 min. Ok session, I have quite good cardio actually. And I also have an opponent for next wednesday. Need to lose about a kilo and a half so its no bigge, the problem is that the weigh in is two hours before the fight so I shouldn't lose so much in water.

boxing for an hour. Hurt my thumb the first round of sparring. Suboptimal, I don't think its serious but its something to worry about.

I lost the fight cause of a ref stopage in the second round. I didn't preform as I should, kept my chin in the air and got two counts even though I wasn't very rocked. Well well I guess I learned something anyway.

Time: 8.30 The thrusters was to heavy, had to do fronties and jerk but even that was hard. I'm a weak shouldred man...

Very good sparring session today. Did 3x3 min with an experienced 81 kg guy. He was better but my cardio was pretty good and I tried to keep my chin down.
