J, do you think we should add Holle brothers to the vegetarian list? They are all vegetarian and grip masters in their own right. Nathan Holle is one of the few people on earth who have closed the Captains of Crush #4, and the whole crew, 5 of them in total, have certified to have closed the #3 gripper. They have a bunch of other grip feats to their name in bending etc strength as well.

I know this is a small and extreme form of sport talent, but i think they are worth mentioning.

The verification is simple: personal email from Nathan a year back :D

OK, great. Do you have a link that talks about them? I think I recall something about them on a grip site but I'm not as in to that stuff.

Their names are listed here:

And if you put Nathans name on google you get loads of mentions, but not really good articles - they are not exactly banging on about their achievements and keep things very quiet.

Here's some photos of the brothers:

That's pretty cool. I've tried lifting that Inch Dumbell. I think I'll just stick to trying to do one arm chins.

Yeah that's amazing isn't it? Cool link.

The one arm chin-up guy was strict vegan from 13 to 18 but not anymore.

Oh, this reminds me, i just found out about Christine Vardaros:

http://longislandracer.com/cvardaros/

She's a cyclist (cyclocross champ!) who's vegan and outspoken even!

I'll also mention my friend Irena, who's 18 (i think) in North Carolina, and she's vegan, and been training for almost a year i think, and was the Junior State Champ:

I'm starting to find there are a few vegan cyclists out there. =)
