Hyperlinks in posts tend to blend in with regular text too well, making them hard to notice.
Is it possible to change the CSS for the boards such that hyperlinks are underlined all of the time, not just when someone hovers over them with a mouse? If not, can the color of hyperlinks be changed to make them stand out more?

oooh yes please - I tend not to realise there are any links unless I accidentally mouse over them

I think this would be a good idea.
Additionally, is there a default setting to have links open in a separate tab/window?
