There are loads of goal threads floating around for inspiration, like the 2012 goals thread -> viewtopic.php?f=16&t=23545
Flat tummy is fairly vague goal you should try pick something quantifiable, like a time to run 5km in or amount of pushups you can do. That way you will get the satisfaction of actually reaching the goal. With a flat stomach or even a 6 pack its really hard to know when you are there.
