but no, it is amazing, and i dont feel quilty about it at all that i can enjoy this now, i have gone through the shitty times 21-22 years ago now its my turn to enjoy the fruits of other vegan activists labour
Spoke with a dude at a local pizzy place, its a meat serving restaurant, fairly typical late night (open till 5am) type of pizza/falafel etc place, kurdish run. They also have a vegan menu, and big VEGAN PIZZA signs outside (the owner recently went vegan which explains why they promote it), and the pizza maker said some days they sell more vegan pizzas than dairy/meat pizzas. Thats amazing because its not a vegan only place and on one of the main streets in the area!
One explanation could be that the pizzas they sell are awesome, tuna, salami, ham etc etc, its all there, with proper nice cheese.
Just goes to show how many vegans live in the area, most days i will see someone with a vegan or animal rights shirt/patch/button/bag walking around.
