What fish would you be?

Postby JS » Tue Aug 18, 2009 12:15 pm

Ok I know this is a bit of an odd question but something that popped into my head the other week for some unknown reason I was thinking if I was a fish what kind of fish would I like to be.

I have no idea of the names of any of these fish mind or if I even exist given my description below but I think I would quite like to be a small colourful fish that darts around the coral enjoying the sunshine :D

Colour wise I am thinking some electric blue and vibrant reds with a few splashes of yellow. Some fancy fins and some tentacles............

So if you were a fish and no human was going to fish for you what kinda of fish do you think you would like to be? Reasons why optional :)

Don't be sad, Moggies can't swim! My moggy is fascinated with water but you put him near a bath and he's not a happy moggy :)

I would be a Whale shark 8)
Cause it's one big fish :)

Well, technically they are mammals, but I'd love to be a dolphin. They are amazing.

A manta ray, maybe, because they fly through the water (and are fairly bright for being a ray).

Image

Or an eel, since they can move over land long distances and are generally quite cool.

Image

Or maybe a tench, they are lovely.

Kampela (finnish name) (Platichthys flesus)

Image

basically the weirdest fish ever. Its flat, but didnt start that way, so the whole "design" is all messed up. A great argument against creationists :D Unless the creationist in question believes that god was drunk when creating these strange creatures...

The eyes are both on top, in a wonky way. The fins are all messed up, but seem to work. It has found its niche on bottom of lakes despite all the weird features which look like disabilities.

nature works in weird ways :D
