Sorry to distract from the thread here.....

Honestly, I like and appreciate Ha. Although I'm not convinced by his overall outlook, I do find a lot to gain from his enthusiasm and information.

And here's the thing...if you think Ha is a little out there in relation to the general mindset and perspectives of veganfitness, you should spend some time on 30 bananas a day. I can't seem to get away from the board, partially because I'm intrigued by some of the theories on food, but mostly because the MAJORITY of those people are new-agey wackos that continuously say the craziest shit and offer some really extreme theories on everything from food to sex. I love it! Ha, some of you might be surprised to find out, is a very grounded voice of reason amongst that group.

I'm just saying, don't hate. Pick out the good and leave behind the bad (whatever that is in your opinion), because at the very least he's trying to do something positive and not just bitterly rail on like a number of others tend to do on message boards.
