. Plenty of resources on the web. I like this Yoga being sectioned in 8 parts, which makes it more comfortable to conquer.

BTW: in the time of my absence here, it was very rainy at my living place. But the squirrels don't mind, they are glad they have more peace (other animals seek cover) and they jump around, hopping the ground merrily . It seems they don't object being wet . I like them!

Thanks for sharing these amazing links, I've just started doing yoga and I'm feeling much more relaxed, healthy and happy. I'm using some books but these links are definitely very helpful.
