I think that it's a good idea to get some form of cardio in nearly every day, especially if you have a sedentary job/school schedule. Cardio, unlike weight training, is something that you can and should do really often. But, the primary thing to consider is that you don't "go all out" everytime, and take a rest day or two every week. There's no need to sweat it out like a mad person during every session, but getting in physical activity every day is a good goal.
