cardio ?

is it good to do cardio every day. i usually do a 3 mile run for cardio

I think that it's a good idea to get some form of cardio in nearly every day, especially if you have a sedentary job/school schedule. Cardio, unlike weight training, is something that you can and should do really often. But, the primary thing to consider is that you don't "go all out" everytime, and take a rest day or two every week. There's no need to sweat it out like a mad person during every session, but getting in physical activity every day is a good goal.

i hear that running can be bad for the knees, so personally i do it every other day, give myself time to heal.
gives you time to switch, one day for weights, and the next for cardio.

Cardio is prolly good to do nearly every day. Mix it up tho, do shorter and longer days, harder and easier, etc..and as mentioned, look into other activities.

I do swimming every day and every day i go to the gym I do Xtrainer, recently I been rowing alot and always finish a session of with some indoor cycling. I try to go out running once or twice a week but find it hard to motivate myself.

I do weights 3 times a week.
