Pushup variations

Great vid, posting it forward.

Elbow push-ups. The technique is simple enough, however, I'm not certain if I'm doing them right (it doesn't hurt nor feels like exercise). The elbows should land strictly parallel to the ground? How wide apart should the shoulder be placed?

Yeah, you're basically lowering the elbows straight town towards the ground. I usually do them with hands directly under shoulders. If it's too easy for you, try elevating your feet or adding a weight vest.

Been trying this exercise a lots since then. Still pretty difficult to get it feel right, however, it has improved my left/right side coordination.
