My weekly training

I write here because i play different sports and i didn't know were to write this topic.


1 pm - 2pm Crossfit

6 pm - 8 pm boxe (one hour heating and one hour sparring)


8am -9am swimming


1pm - 2pm crossfit

6pm - 8pm boxe

now, after the first week with crossfit training (first i only boxing and swimming), i'm little dead. I think that after a first period with crossfit i 'll change and i chose only bodyweight and calisthenics. I don't konw, we'll see how it goes.

The training logs is the best place to post training logs :)

Seems like a lot of fun training!
