I'm inching closer to being able to do 3 pull-ups! Not quite there yet, though!

otso:

H: 176cm/5' 9.3''
W: 76kg/167.55 lbs

12.1.2014: 76 chin-ups (did not include all chins, since the ones beyond was weak).
xx.1-2.2014: 30 pull-ups (actually made 38 or 39, but those were a bit slower than first 30).

yo Hoffmeister can you start a 2014 table please with all these updates included? Thanks!
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

The first 30 or 40 (don't remember) were done without twerking - later reps were done with minor movement. I did the chin-ups (approx) with a shoulder-to-shoulder wide grip, metal bar (1-1.25''). So, if I were to do with a broader grip, then no, I would not be able to do 76 at moment.
I know it's a ridiculous amount - perhaps I've misunderstood how to perform a chin-up and-/or the rules of the list - until then, I keep my chin up. ^^

No, not insane, just retarded.

The rules are posted above the table, but it seems ok. Where the hands are doesn't matter, from dead hang to chin above or touching the bar is what counts.

I think I misunderstood 'dead hang'-rule - hence my pr should not be in the list (I went 70-80% to original position after each rep, no kip). Tried with dead hang today, 5 chin-ups and 5 pull-ups.

Sorry.
