dang, i wanna join this but I'm not a vegan.. yet. :) see you guys soon. Think I found a vegan protein supplement I like finally, that will help me give up dairy/egg protein

What supplement did you find?

I will join Adena with my 2 pullups as well... bodyweight 53kg 8)

garden of life raw meal. i'm not a bodybuilder, I primarily run & surf, so I'm not looking for a product to bulk up. More so just a supplement to keep my body repaired :)

Funny thing is I used to hate this supplement when I tried to make fancy smoothies with it. After just drinking it with water, it's not that bad. 100% of almost all vitamins you need with each serving so there's no need to take a multivitamin if I'm taking this.

I'll bite too. I weigh 64kg, my usual pull-up dose is 15 during my warm-up routine (never tried to get to the max reps). BTW, is there a time limit or can I just dead-hang to rest up?

Sorry for the delayed response. Too many spinning plates. Just realized with the way the table works it'd be easiest if you took it over in January 2014 for the 'January 2014'. You good to do take it then?
