with the slightly angled curl grip - ceps are pumped now ;)

bw i think is about 102kg...

ah shiiit... each rep from dead hang?

maybe need to cancel my new pb then :D or all of them, since i cant even go to dead hang much because of the tendon problem on the left shoulder :D

since this is an injury thing i'm going to change your placing but add in a note that it wasn't from dead hang and why. Kindof similar to how some people have a license not to lock out on bench due to medical issues.

that's badass! You should get some videos up :) How are you for weighted chins btw (I suck)? They are fun but I lack a dips belt just now so non for me :( My aim is to get to 20 at some point. I'd be pretty happy with that.
