so the last one is 16 right? the question is whether chin goes over bar yes? If so you'll have to tell me as i can't tell on account of the disgraceful camera work ;)

eh who cares. If anything it hinders not helps (you aren't kipping) the lift. Regarding the forwards knees, the way i avoid doing that (mostly) is trying to touch my ass with my heels during the lift.

So yeah good lift i'd say.

Yeah a wall like that will certainly hinder you & not help. The pull up bar at my gym is a bit like that & it just makes the exercise uncomfortable as I can't seem to get into a decent groove - hence I use a scaffold pole instead as it'snowhere near any walls.

12 hammer grip at 65kg. My left shoulder has been bothering me when I do pull-ups using the ultimate pull-up bar that attaches to a door frame, I'm wondering if this has to do with the positioning of the grip on it.
