Fitness tips from the Israel Defense Forces

It seems to be a well balanced approach to fitness, any opinions?

As far as OP, I agree with the article, as long as the uneven running surface isn't TOO uneven! :D

No not really just that this infamous comment/joke was the first thing that sprung to mind!

Having said that though I don't really think a military organisation with a history of targetting civilians (which of course applies to the other side of this conflict too) is one that I really want to taking tips from.

I don't really see how, in the first instance, making a joke & then expressing a fairly widely held opinion count as trolling but anyway.
