while searching for kettlebells, i found an excellent (italian) website where they sell them at tremendously good prices.

they also sell other stuff, like flow-bags:

has anybody ever used them? what do you think?

i also found another interesting article, a medical ball with handles, which could be used as a kettlebell as well:

4kg medicine ball would be too light, you would need at least a 12 or 16kg kettlebell depending what you want to do.
It just wouldn't look right with anything other than a kettlebell.

it depends which part of your body you are using to lift the 4 kgs :lol:
jokes apart, it's just the first image i found. i think they also sell heavier balls.
