are parallel grips ok? seem very easy that way for me.

could be because it eliminates my extremely weak biceps :D

i witnessed certain australian strength legend nail 5 solid ones at 110kg but he seems to be too shy to post... ;)

8 reps at 95kg for me. It's not much but I have quite a few kg of fat, so I am happy enough...

I assumes that is the same as hammer grip? Yeah ninearms already does them like that, but I thought that was to work his guns even more.

Gravity is messed up down there, you should try nail a pb while you can take advantage of the weak gravity and water spinning the wrong way.

I need to find some parallel bar type pullup things, how wide apart are they? But then I have tiny forearms

you can get those iron-gym pull up bars that mount to any doorway. I've been meaning to get one myself for a little while.

good job Joni!

7 @ 74 kg, regular grip chinup. Foot did touch the ground on the last one before I'd locked out on the down movement though, as I nearly died doing it lol.
Although the effeminate nature of my username may suggest otherwise, my gender actually falls into the male category.

That's great, Marina!

Don't know about the girls, probably still considering trying a chin-up for the first time?

I'll make a contribution as soon as I've tried doing them super-strict.

Nice start, nearly dying means you gave it max effort.

It's always hard to tell who are the girls from usernames, I could do separate male/female tables, but as pullups rely on bodyweight I think its not needed. Also I am too lazy, but if people want it who am I to argue?

Get it done and let us know the reps!

hardcore iv wrote:11 chinups at 90kg.

You will need to put on 6kg or do an extra rep to move up the table :)
