Thinking about joining bronco at the bottom, coming in at a beastly 111kg. 3 in the bag, 4 is possible.

If I don't get it I'm definitely petitioning for a 110 weight class.

this is true, i weighed 103.1 yesterday but was thinking of drinking two litres of water and do some pullups straight after just to DESTROY your total with 4 reps before vomiting.

But you know, I thought about doing 5 last session, but then I realize I cant do pullups very well with my shoulder. Plus last time I hurt my abs so saved it for another day. Shoulder is getting better though, so the magic 5 is not far away :D !

9 chinups @ 90kg

4 sounds good, do it!

You think that extra rep is related to the 1kg weight loss?

This is a totally non sexist/ageist table. With slight advantage given based on weight.
HTFU!

12 chins - 83.7kg bodyweight (not bad considering old record was 13 or 14 with much lower BW)
was there a time we weren't at war; when we knew what our hearts and hands were for?
