Imagine how many he could have done when he was a SHREDDED MAN at <100kg.

It boggles the mind.

I've done 20 overhand pull ups at 90kg but that was about a year ago so I should be stronger now. I'll have a go tomorrow maybe, provided I can find a suitable bar as my usual scaffold will cost me a few reps.

Also, kipping pull ups are an abomination.

Shit a lot harder locking elbows out on the reps. Found a plum tree out the back, with a big limb at just the right height, able to hold my weight. Haven't done any upper body work for years. Thought I'd be able to get 10 easy, but only managed 8 in the end. :x Gonna have to do something about that... 70kg btw :)

18 reps this morning after a couple of fives to warmup. This was after some hellish squatting, so lats were already fried by then.

I don't need threads like this popping up when I'm trying to take a week off

So many updates, the table is looking good. Everyone has someone with 1 or 2 reps ahead of them so should be awesome motivation.

This afternoon did 22 reps at 89kg.

Knackered though as my youngest had me up half the night so I reckon with a good night's kip & a Red Bull I should be good for a few more reps next time I try.

Looking interesting! Have to try this on next week. I could guess that nowadays I should end somewhere round 13-15, but we'll see...

Good job you strong guys! 22 is tough! Over ten years and 20 kg's ago I could also do that, but it's just great and amazing that Jim can do it with 89 kg bw. Pure muscle!
