Did you do anything different? Or just kept at the same plan?

I started doing resistance and weights first, then I'd do interval training on cardio 3 times a week. Most important I guess, was that I raised my calorie intake and for that, I feel better physically and meantally. :)

You should consider starting a training log - it can help with motivation.
