Burpees for time challenge

Since the old thread is not active I´ll start a new one. Post times for your 50-75-100 burpees!

yeah, burpees!!! i'm on painkillers right now, thanks to them and the other crazy crossfit exercises you made us do on friday :evil:

i'll join the challenge as soon as i recover :D

hey what did i do to become a "Hak?" :lol: :lol:

i've tried to better my time and i haven;t even come within 1 minute of that 1st time (last place) yet. bummer. it's a tough one, but I like trying them 1x a week on my cardio day.

I plan on taking over last place when I try this on my next cardio day, so even if you don't better your best time (even though I'm sure you will) you will at least have me lower on the list than you. I did 50 yesterday but broken up into 20,15,15 with other exercises in between, although at least I know I am physically capable of 50 even if it might take me a while.

it is a fun and exhausting exercise. i want to try incorporating more cross-fit stuff.
