I did very well, and actually had a good time! VERY glad I trained for that event in advance, though!

Congratulations on your Avon walk. Yeah, training is everything, right? My husband always says "If you don't do your homework, you are going to fail." He is referring to training for a marathon. That statement helped me run my 6 marathons, and I finished with a smile everytime I went through the finish line.

I figure you just have to train for it. Nothing you can get up and just do!

Although when I'm done with Insanity, running a 5K should be much easier! :D
