Spartan 300 workout

I got talking to a guy at running club last night about general fitness exercising, and he started talking about the '300', which revolves around the film '300'. Anyone tried it?

25 pull-ups
50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
50 push-ups
50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps

I actually can't because I don't have 135lb of weights (total about 36.5 kg).

135lb is closer to 60kg I think? Seems like a pretty varied workout, would be a good test if done for time...

I haven't tried it yet but will do it soon. Its not worse then some other crossfit classics.
