Tips for a better fitness training

Set goals and try everything to reach them!

Create a long-term training plan (divided into 4-6 week periods) and change your habits!

Train with a proper intensity - you know best what is good for you!

Train functional and adopt your training to the daily demands of your life!

Train more movements and less isolation exercises!

Train predominantly exercises with which you challenge your core (abs, back and intrinsic muscles!

Train with a good technique and a maximum range of motion!

Train creative and do an all-round training!

Train short and effective!

The tips are ok. BUT....

I just wish there was a website somewhere that went into more detail on these concepts.

Do you know where I could find such information on the web?

I've often wished there was a website that provided more information on this very subject.

It's really been bothering me.

Do you think, maybe, (yes I know it's unlikely), but do you think that the OP might be able to help us in our quest?

I've often wished there was a website that provided more information on this very subject.

Well lets push this crazy talk a little further. Their is a button at the bottom of the top post that says "www". Now call this spooky if you like but I got a hunch that that little button might be our yellow brick road.

If you click that little button three times why you just might end up in Kansas, Toto.
