Work out dvds - reccomend one

Hey dudes,

I just got a Tae Bo dvd. I did the 'basic' workout and it killed me. There is an 'advanced' one on it too. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Billy-Blanks-Ta ... 300&sr=8-3 It's a martial arts style workout with bits of tai chi and yoga in it. Great fun, and Billy Blanks is a great motivator! There's also some nice eye candy in the dvd too :P

Depends on what you like, but I have had great workouts with the P90X videos. Of course, bittorrent is your friend. ;)
Lovin' it!
