I need all the information you have to prepare myself for a one month (more or less) walk. I am going to do this with two friends in September, and we need to get in shape now!
We are starting to do 10 km walks a few days per week, but we also have to prepare our neck and back muscles, what do you think it's best? We are thinking about increasing our walking distance and start swimming...
