Pushup Challenge

I hit 60 last week as punishment for not going rowing. Posted in my log but forgot to update here :oops:

Yeah I saw that. Not my bag at all. For me you train how you like to nail a challenge, whereas that challenge dictates your training.

It would interfere with other activities too much for me.

But I'll look forward to the "main players" returning to this table once the second place is nailed :)

You might find the main players moving on to the next big thing. Rather than hanging around on old challenges trying to pick up easy places :lol:

I would agree. I am trying to see how fast I can reach 2,500 in the course of normal training.

I'm going to take a couple of days off when I do and see what the biggest single set I can do is.

got 70 pushups yesterday in one set. My eventual goal is, of course, 100!

I think pushup season is approaching. Mention of pushups on a few training logs.

before december when i started lifting, my best for push ups was about five

tried it just then.. did 25 ... benching has paid off :P

You should have done one more to beat spug, next time.

Nice work, pushups are all about conditioning (once you have the initial strength) so with couple of weeks training you should be able to increase this number easily.

I did 20 last night (easily), so you should be able to do way more than 25. Give it a go and I will put up the table. Maybe make us a sexy video?
