This was going on another board for people newer to burpee training, a 50 burpee timed challenge. It's a great way to finish a workout or even if you're really short on time a way to get your heart pounding.
Papaya and I thought it would be fun to do the challenge here as well, as we all know vegans are extremely competitive. This requires no special equipment, just a few minutes of your time and about 5 square feet of open space. To do a burpee, see the following link:

We're doing the "add a pushup to the burpee" routine so it's a burpee pushup and a jump. The strength of the jump we'll leave up to you, it's hard to gauge so do your best.
