At the moment I tend to record exercise type, distance, time, cadence or speed or pace and looking at HRM info too.
I did a set of calculations to figure my nutritional requirements, and for 2 days used myfitnesspal to calculate my rough calorie intake - but no way do I have time to do that every day - is it necessary?
If you use a training log as well as your VF posts, how is it laid out? Have played around with spreadsheets but just seem to end up tied in knots!
