Yes, Pete I've found many, many, many times that switching to a new workout has a very short term positive effect but over the long term doesn't really get you anywhere. The super high volume, very low intensity thing I tried for a few days here was yet another example of this.

The jury is still out on the 3 or 4 times a day workout version of SF but I'm quitting it because I'm starting to find the mental aspects of it too tough.

I definitely have made improvements these last few weeks but it could be primarily from my new diet. Thus for now I'm putting all gimicky workouts aside, sticking to basics and concentrating primarily on diet for the purpose of making improvement.
