What's the point of 300 pullups? You're transforming it into cardio. Which, as we all know, does not build guns.

Either you're too thin.. khm... "light", or you should carry a weighted vest, or you're too lazy to train compound excersises, or you just have too much free time my good man!

as for YOU, you're not done with your workout unless it included 30-40 various assorted pullups.

If tate and wendler say you should do them, dont make baby jeebus cry.
