Best work out routine?

Best work out routine?

So, I was going to start a new routine for my work out, 3 days a week divided as follow:

Day 1: back

Day 2: pecs

Day 3: legs

But then I read about the StrongLifts 5x5 program (http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5- ... g-program/) and now I'm wondering which routine would be more suited for both strength and mass growth.

What do you think?

The first one isn't a routine, it's an idea.

Do Stronglifts. Providing you eat enough to recover it works. It tells you what to do, when, and how to progress. I had success with it for both mass and strength and it was my first program.
was there a time we weren't at war; when we knew what our hearts and hands were for?

Yeah, I just wanted to give a general idea of the first and not going into details.
I tried Stronglift today and I have to say it was quite good

Loads of people on here have done stronglift and other 5x5 routines, it always works. Do it!

Best work out routine are those which are completely suitable for body. Always do work out according to body weight goal, structure of body. You can increase of decreasing in work out time period
I try to my best in planning best work out:
Mon: biceps, triceps
Tue: leg extension, back,
Wed: cardio (running, jumping rope)
Thur: dead-lift, wall sit,
Fri: cardio (bicycling, swimming)
Sat: rest
Sun: rest
