glutamine is one of the essential aminmo acids, glucosamine is a different thing.

For soy users the good thing is that soy protein contains a high amount of glutamine to start with 8)

I believe most glutamine supplements are vegan as well, though haven't looked into this in couple of years...

Yeah it is Vegan - the best is L-Glutamine Isolate - tests show it will boost NGH by up to 300% - essential for repair :lol:
