Ok.... now that doesn't really seem like enough...? aren't even a few isolated exercises good at the end of a day?
if not, then I'm thinking pretty much what you said ninearms (and thanks for the reply!), but this routine:
1- krav maga
3- PUSH: Heavy Squat, Military Press, Heavy Bench, Close Grip Incline Bench
5- PULL: Heavy Deads, Heavy Bent/Dumbell Rows, Pullups/Pulldowns, Barbell Curls
does this sound alright? my purpose is to gain strength but also get decently hench at the same time....
