I am doing now lateral arm raises with thumbs up and also front raises with thumbs up
cause i thought they felt good when doing them first time - now after second time it dosnt feel as good as before to my shoulders
I only found one forum talk saying its better for your shoulders then with palm facing down- (thumbs to the side )
so did you try this exrcises what do you think about this ?

First off, I think lateral raises are a complete waste of time.
That being said, all the bobdybuilders in my gym do them with palms facing the ground.

Word on these streets is:
all lateral-type shoulder exercises (front/side) should be done with the thumbs up...the rotation of your humerus will allow for more movement within the glenoid fossa of your scapula
aka less grinding and safer, healthier shoulders
