This one here for the women on the board. Although not vegan, the excercise advice seems sound, and I am really amused (and motivated) by her sarcastic attitude to the pink baby dumbell waving "body toners." "Earth to you, sweety..."

This company makes some great lifting equipment.

A couple years ago I bought one of thier "shrug" bars for doing deadlifts. It's the best investment I ever made.

The man I most agree with when it comes to bodybuilding. Too bad he was an objectivist.

Also I thought Clarence Bass' site was linked somewhere here?

What's wrong with objectivism?
I'm not an objectivist, just wondering what's wrong with it.

LocalFitness.com.au

Postby daveybee » Fri Sep 28, 2007 4:00 pm

Let me add another cool site
http://www.localfitness.com.au

If you're looking for a bodybuilding gym, you pretty much get to see profiles of all the ones near you (photos, membership details, etc).

Just tick "heavy-weights (dumbells above 60kg)" at the search for a gym by services page:
http://www.localfitness.com.au/gym-health-club

And if you're looking for trainers that will get you ready to compete or you just want to bodybuild, check out
http://www.localfitness.com.au/personal-trainers
and tick "Competitive Bodybuilding". You'll see most of the top bodybuilding trainers around.

Enjoy!
