Not sure you're doing yourself any favours yanking the bar off the floor like that though. Looks like it really gets you out of position and I'd say it would probably put you at risk of tearing a bicep as your arms bend a little as you're pulling.
Focus on pulling the slack out first and you'll find that everything really tightens up and you won't be wasting energy that could have been used in the lift.
How cool does your gym look, nice comfy looking chair in the background and that blue spongy box to sit on. Solid advice from sosso on not snapping stuff up, smoother/squeeze it off the floor. Looking very strong, with the straps, would not bother using mixed grip when your strapped in.
