question for bicep guys

How annoyed do you get when big guys with no abs do squats in the bicep rack?

(sorry, saw this elsewhere and just had to post it...)

Bicep rack ?

I thought it was called a shrug rack.

Really freaking annoyed :x . How am I suposed to hit the biceps from all angles when I cant do the straight bar curl? I mean it is not like I could pick a 40kg barbell of the floor, and I need the safetypins to hang my towel on.

We should make a list of interesting uses of the squat rack...

Here's a quite creative squat rack excercise that I witnessed the other day:

1. Put the bar at the highest position and a bench under it. Stand on the bench
on one foot and hold on to the bar.

2. Frantically move your free leg up and down, foot to floor and knee to bar like your life depended on it!!!

I had a gym instructer try and get me to do that once (or though in her defence she didn't suggest doing it in the squat rack). I just politely chose to ignore her advice.

As for curling in the squat rack, drives me insane to the point that I am considering squating with the ez bar at the preacher curl bench just to let them know what it feels like.

Saw a show about that guy. He developed a huge abcess from injecting steroids into his bicep, it even showed him draining the thing, he filled a cup with the puss. Very gross.

Although in his defence he looks like he might need to do curls in the squat rack. He might not be able to lift the massive amount of weight that he must curl off the ground. I can't remember from the show but I bet his legs and lower back are dispropionatly small compared to his arms.

Ok, that is gross, sad and scary and it explains why his biceps look more like cysts than muscles.

Yeah, kinda ick. Sadly every time I've read about him he doesn't seem like a bad dude, just a bit insecure and monomaniac.

Sad really, dude just needs a hug.

he is also smart in his own way - he created a marketable freak product out of himself and made a living out of it.

sure its crazy, sure he looks like a freak (that was the point), sure one could analyse some deep meanings out of it all. But in the end of the day he made it work.

Plus his columns in Muscular development were hilarious :D (been years since i have last read them tho)

If I am gonna pick up that 30kg barbell from the floor to curl, you can do your cleaning shit up to your neck and start squatting 200kg somewhere else.

I don't mind the Bicep rack being abused for squats as long as the incline bench stays clear for concentration curls :P

You know what else is annoying? When I want to use the platforms for laying on to do my crunches and leg raises and some jackass wants to do some clean and jerks.
