yeah Sun is one of the most brutally right wing tabloids (not a newspaper as such, because you cant trust anything they say, they often simply make up stories to trump up anti immigrant or nationalistic feelings) so the readership reflects that fair bit.

Hope she doesnt let that get to her head, no matter how much you try to brush stuff like that off, its still nasty

I despise the Sun, but I find that the comments sections in more progressive newspapers like the Guardian are equally vicious. It doesn't matter what the issue really.

the sun sounds like fox news (here in the US). on the chance i poke into the yahoo news story comments, it's always filled w/ backwards, fanatical, hate-filled words. especially stories that are pro animal, pro gay, pro environment.
