Arnold's shoulder press

Is anyone out there doing Arnold's (the guv-in-ator) Shoulder presses? Do they work? Are they unsafe?

Yeah - very good pre-exhaust super set for mid and anterior delts.
You have to be seated and with back support for best posture and cant use super-heavy weights and MUST supanate em (fist facing face beginnin 2 fist facin out at top).
These are good for shape not thickness. Try em after trad shoulder press - OWW!!

I do Arnold shoulder press because the normal shoulder press causes a little pain in my right shoulder.

hmmm... no critical comments? Seems like usually on boards these get trashed because of the range of motion it puts your shoulders/rotator cuff or something like that. I'm a simple guy so i can't remember the details :)
