I've started a training log. Usually I do a standard 3x8 with my exercises for about two months and then I get a bit tricky for two months. When I have a bit more energy I'll try to post some of the workouts. The biggest thing for me is the intensity level while I'm in the gym. It isn't uncommon for me to vomit from workout exhaustion.

Thanks for the compliment, I took that picture this past week so I could blend in with all the other folk showing their goods.

So you rotate between 3x8 workout and other "tricky" ones? What do the other ones involve?

Thanks man! I only weigh in around 200 pounds so I'm really not that big, and if I remember you posted a picture of your rear double bicep pose as an avatar for about 1 day and looked ripped! Put that stuff back up here, it motivates people!
