I now have a training log

I just posted my first day in my training log, as well as my food intake for the day. I am keeping track of my food for a week or two to track my caloric intake. Just figured I would post a heads up for anyone who wants to see my measly results :wink: I am making good progress, and this will help me track my gains

I am excited about working out and gaining strenth, if my body wasn't sore, I would be lifting all the damn time!
